Before starting your search, you’ll meet with a mortgage broker to get pre-approved for a home loan. This will help you understand your finances and make you a stronger buyer. We can recommend trusted local lenders if you’d like.

Based on your specific needs, we’ll work together to identify promising properties in your desired price range and neighborhoods. We’ll compare floorplans, commute times and other lifestyle factors while you look.

When you find a listing you like, we’ll visit during an Open House or schedule a private tour.

We’ll work with you to present a strategic offer to the seller, taking into account the condition of the property, location, price, level of competition and other factors. We’ll use our experience and all available resources create the strongest possible offer.

If necessary, we’ll negotiate with the seller’s agent to come to terms that are agreeable for both parties. We’ll protect your interests and represent you with discretion and finesse throughout the process.

During the closing period, we’ll manage every detail of the transaction, from important documents and paperwork to escrow, inspections and other contingencies.

At the signing date, you’ll provide the down payment and the title and deed to the property will be signed over to you. We’ll get you the keys and continue to support you with referrals for landscapers, contractors and anything else you might need as a new homeowner.
