Mike Pavone has developed a business ethos that centers around exceeding expectations and delivering the highest level of customer service possible. This method to his work ethic has been developed over the years as he has weathered the changing cycles of real estate and come out ahead, always stronger and always growing.
Mike brings a depth of experience in residential, condos, co-op purchases, multi-family, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, estate sales, first-time homebuyers, downsizing, short sales, bankruptcies and auctions.
He has existing knowledge from the greater Seattle area and the Eastside with home sales to Puget Sound to the Sammamish Plateau extending into the smallest neighborhoods like Laurelhurst and Lakemont. Every transaction is important to Mike, because it is in each transaction that the client has placed their trust in him. No matter what it is, if it is important to the client, it is important to Mike.
As the Team Lead of Pavone Properties, Mike is looking to grow the knowledge and values of his team members’ mentoring capacity to helpthem succeed. Paying forward his knowledge and success to those around him drives his motivation.

Eric is originally from Texas and moved to the Seattle area over 10 years ago. Over the years he has honed his craft for providing exceptional client experiences. As a true “listener” he can understand and proactively anticipate the needs of his clients. He enjoys building trust up front and throughout the process. He starts by educating his clients about the listing and/or buying process and will clearly communicate throughout the transaction. Once a transaction is complete, he will continually keep you informed about your home investment and offer reminders regarding household maintenance. With over a decade of sales and marketing experience, combined with four years of real estate experience with the leading real estate company in the Northwest, you can count on him to help make your dreams a reality.

Cameron was a former University of Washington kicker who helped his team reach the college football playoffs during his senior year. He is the second most accurate kicker in UW history as well, right behind Chuck Nelson. On top of that, Cameron was the Make-A-Wish player on his team during his senior year.
Now, he is putting the same work ethic that he had during his football career into real estate. He spent countless hours perfecting his kicking craft and is now spending even more time on his career. He is self-motivated, driven and always looking for a way to give back.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with degrees in Accounting and in Business Administration. I found my passion for realty in 2012 after purchasing my first home and then helping several family and friends buy and sell their homes. I realized that I truly enjoyed getting to know people, what they're looking for, and helping them navigate the complexities of real estate. Moving is a big life event, and I genuinely appreciate that I am able to make a positive impact on people’s lives in such a direct way.
I live in Bellevue with my husband, daughter, son, and three dogs. We are constantly out finding new adventures to go on, places to see, and people to meet. We truly appreciate the beauty that Washington has to offer all of its residents, and consider ourselves lucky to be able to live in such a magical place.
